Our Kennel Services
Your pet’s home away from home.
Your pet's tail will be wagging non-stop as they enjoy luxurious accommodations, personalized attention, and endless playtime. A paradise where happiness for your pet is not just a goal, but a guarantee.
Our Kennel is climate controlled and ventilated for your loved one's comfort. Each room is supplied with food and watering bowls as well as a rug.
Our policy is to not co-mingle families in the play yard. This is for the wellness and safety of each pet. Each family goes out to play individually multiple times a day, ensuring plenty of time for activity, rest and enjoyment.
Regular daily rate:
$30.00
(*Day of arrival is a day. *Pickups after 11 AM is a day)
Multiple family members Rate:
$25.00
(For each additional family members in same room)
Reservation Policy:
There will be a $30 deposit required when making a reservation. This Deposit will be accredited towards your final bill at checkout.
Cancelation policy:
We require 24-hour notification for cancelations prior to your reservation. Any cancelation or no-show occurrence without a 24-hour notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Drop off / pickup policy:
A “day” begins at the point your pet is dropped off with us. So whether its the early morning or the evening, that counts as a day. If you pickup your pet before 11:00AM, a full day is not incurred and there will only be a one-time $10 clean up fee. If you pickup after 11:00, it will be a full daily rate.
Sunday policy:
Our Sunday hours of operation differ from our normal. Pickup and drop off for Sundays is from 5PM - 6PM.
After hours policy:
We will work with you to acommodate and arrange after hours pickup and drop off. Please call our office at 972-771-2049 to speak to a member of our team and discuss details and our fee.

Required Shot Records
For the safety and wellness of all our guests, we require a current copy of the following vaccinations prior to you stay:
- Bordetella (every 6 mo.)
- Rabies (annually or 3 year)
- DA2PPL (annually)
or
- DHLPP (annually)
* Please email or send a photo of up-to-date vaccinations prior to your stay. You can have your vet send a copy of the records to the below email as well.

Our Pet Agreement
Our Boarding Agreement is required to be signed for each visit. Please download the agreement and have ready at drop off of your pet.
Paw-Some Package
Day rate of $30.
Includes a 4x6 climate controlled and ventilated room with rug, night lite, fan water and food bowls.
Play Time
FREE
We don’t co-mingle families in the play yard. Each family gets play time multiple times per day.
Bath & Pedicure
Cost varies based upon breed.
Your pet can receive a fresh bath, shampoo and brush along with nail treatment upon pickup & returning home.
Reduce Kennel Stress & Anxiety
These items help to alleviate Kennel Stress & Anxiety:
- Favorite food/treats (labeled & in a closed container)
- Favorite toys and bedding are welcome (labeled)
(All personal items require a label and consumables need to be in a sealed container.)
Our Facility has a fridge and microwave on site to accommodate specialty food needs.
Bring your pet’s favorite bed and toys that will positively impact their stay. Please note that we cannot guarantee the condition of the bedding or toys upon returning home.
Some pets have or develop anxiety during their stay and could damage their items. Rest assured; we treat everyone as if they were our own. We look forward to discussing any concerns you may have.
Additionally, we have a sound system within our kennel to help drown out noise from storms in order to further reduce stress and anxiety for your pet.
